Welcome to the Cactus Journal

Every creation has a story. Here, we share the starting point, the materials, the choices and the details that a single photo can’t always show.

Ideas made tangible

3D printing, DTF, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation and laser engraving each offer different possibilities. This journal follows the projects and experiments of Cactus Design Studio in Auckland, New Zealand.

The process matters too

Mockups, finish options, tests and adjustments all have a place here. We’ll label simulated images clearly and share what we’ve actually learnt along the way.
